- Do I need an account to analyze a PCAP file?
- No. Upload a capture and read the free summary without an account, then pay for the PDF report through Stripe. The download link appears on the page and is emailed to you.
- What is in the $9 report?
- A one-page executive summary, every problem or finding with its evidence and the affected hosts and times, fix steps with an owner and a deadline, the asset inventory, what was checked and what the capture could not show, and the capture’s SHA-256 with a report ID. See a sample report.
- What if my capture is clean?
- The free summary says so, together with what was checked. A clean-scan PDF for a client or an auditor costs $2; a capture without findings is never charged $9.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your most recent payment through the contact page.
- Do one-time credits expire?
- No. Credits from one-time packs never expire — use them at your own pace.
- What is the maximum PCAP file size?
- The free summary and one-time reports support files up to 20 MB. The Starter subscription supports 25 MB; Pro and Advanced support up to 50 MB. For larger files, contact us about a custom plan.
- Which plan includes API access?
- API access is available on the Advanced plan ($99/month or $594/year), allowing you to automate PCAP uploads and report generation via the REST API.
- Is there a custom or on-premise plan available?
- Yes. For larger files, more reports, or on-premise deployment for captures that cannot leave your network, contact us.
